3–5 years in real estate construction, asset management, or development College degree (construction management, architecture, engineering, or finance preferred) Demonstrated project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives Multifamily/residential experience preferred Exposure to affordable, service-enriched, market-rate, and rehabilitation projects a plus

Manages rehabilitation projects and portfolio initiatives from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects meet objectives for budget, schedule, quality, constructability, and long-term asset viability. Reports to the VP of Development.
Salary: $120,000 – $135,000/year
