Long-term property reserve planning and analysis Pre-construction oversight including design review, budgeting, and value engineering Direct supervision of rehabilitation projects and energy efficiency upgrades Construction administration and contractor coordination Project closeout including warranties, certificates of occupancy, and financial reconciliation
3–5 years in real estate construction, asset management, or development College degree (construction management, architecture, engineering, or finance preferred) Demonstrated project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives Multifamily/residential experience preferred Exposure to affordable, service-enriched, market-rate, and rehabilitation projects a plus

Manages rehabilitation projects and portfolio initiatives from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects meet objectives for budget, schedule, quality, constructability, and long-term asset viability. Reports to the VP of Development.
Salary: $120,000 – $135,000/year
