Help plan and facilitate educational and enrichment activities for school-aged youth Supervise participants and maintain a safe, supportive environment Provide homework help and academic support Maintain cleanliness of program facilities Address behavioral concerns constructively Communicate regularly with families and colleagues
Minimum age 18 Understanding of and experience working with school-aged children Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools Ability to work independently and follow instructions Must pass a background check Mandated Reporter in Child Abuse certification (or ability to obtain) CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Mental Health First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)

Part-time after-school program assistant supporting youth programming at two City Heights locations in San Diego. Up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Salary: $23/hour | Part-time (up to 25 hrs/week)
